Jim Fadellin has been at Hard Surface Solutions for 14 years. During his tenure, he has worked in every major aspect of the hardscape industry from Operations as a Superintendent, Senior Project Manager and Sales Representative.

Jim’s background in concrete dates back to 1980. He has worked in all facets of a redi-mix company operating a batch plant, concrete conveyor and form crane. Jim is a current board member of ICRI Chicago and active member of AFE and IFMA. While his number one priority is working tirelessly servicing his clients, he is also considered by many as the expert authority on Parking Structure Maintenance and Repair. He enjoys playing golf with clients and visiting his grand-daughter, Mica, in Wisconsin.
