Tracy joined Balanced Environments team in 2018 in the position of Accounting Supervisor. She has 28 years of experience working in many aspects of the accounting field. She has been creating efficiencies in our processes so our accounting team can have great success in their day to day duties. Work smarter and not harder is philosophy we try to follow. Tracy takes great pride in working with our customers and employees to meet any needs they may have. She always enjoy a good challenge and creating a resolution. Tracy and her husband enjoy traveling and have two adult children they enjoy spending time with.
